This Horizontal Vertical 20-ton log splitter is designed for both configurations, allowing you to easily slide logs into place in the vertical position instead of lifting them onto the beam. Simply plug this 2 HP unit into a standard outlet to start splitting.

We recommend using a 25-amp dedicated circuit breaker for 110 VAC operation. If that isn’t feasible, we can rewire the unit to run on 220 VAC.

How does it compare to a gas-powered 20-ton unit? The main advantage is that you won't need to deal with gas, oil, or fumes! This model is the same one we offer with gas motors, and if you choose to switch to a gas motor down the line, you can easily do so by swapping out the motors.

With the high torque of these electric motors, you won't lose any power—just the maintenance associated with gas log splitters. This log splitter also includes a complete tow package and is road-towable, along with a one-year warranty on all parts.
